Youth Training Format

For our youth training, we will be offering small group coaching. This format will allow each athlete to get a personalized experience focused on helping them make and reach specific running and athletic goals. We welcome athletes of all ages and skill levels but just ask that athletes come with a good attitude willing to work and improve their skills.

Athletes will be exposed to the fundamentals of running and receive customized training focused on improving running form, endurance, speed, strength, and any other goals they may bring to us.

Atlas Run Club’s registration is open/rolling enrollment, meaning there is no official session start date and no specific end date. Instead athletes can be registered for 1-hour practices 1, 2, 3, or 4 days a week and payment is due monthly. Athletes can start training or stop at anytime.

Pricing:

1 day a week - $60/month

2 days a week - $120/month

3 days a week - $180/month

Tuesday: 7am-8am

Thursday: 7am-8am
