Youth Training
Atlas Run Club’s specific youth training helps developing athletes foster a passion for running. As coaches, we have learned that so many young athletes have a passion for sport but don’t have a proper setting to develop their skills. Our approach to coaching allows young athletes to get a sample of running, discover what they like, set personalized running goals, and then support them as they pursue those goals. Atlas Run Club aims to create a space that provides fundamental running training, specifically designed youth workouts, while still encouraging athletes to have fun!
